    For weddings, corporate retreats, productions, and any trip where the logistics multiply fast. Group travel has a lot of moving pieces and I make sure none of them get missed. Reach out and I'll put together a custom quote based on your needs.

My Process

From first inquiry to final transfer, here's what working together looks like.

  • Start by filling out my trip intake form, located below. Give me a few details and I’ll start thinking

  • We'll hop on a call to go deeper on the details: your travel style, must-haves, and anything that makes a trip feel right to you. This is where the planning begins.

  • I reach out to my partner network, research the best options, and put together a tailored proposal. We'll go over it together and refine until it's exactly right (up to 3x round of revisions)

  • Once you approve, I handle every booking: hotels, flights, transfers, and experiences. All you have to do is pack.

  • I'm with you the whole way. If anything comes up before, during, or after your trip, I'm a text away.
